Springdale is a working town, and we run a working shop. Here is the whole arrangement: you drive 15 minutes up I-49 or 71B to our Rogers showroom, walk the yard, and tag the slab you want. We come to your house and digitally template once your cabinets are set. We cut the stone on our own sawjet and CNC router, profile the edges, and our own crew installs it. Every person who touches the job is a Countertop World W-2 employee. That is the entire process, and nobody else is involved.

The reason to care is accountability. When a fabricator subs out the install, problems turn into phone tag between three companies. When it is one shop start to finish, a problem has exactly one owner, and it is us.
